World Health Organisation calls on all countries to decriminalise drug use
The WHO has called on countries worldwide to end the criminalisation of drug users as a means to curb HIV/AIDS. The recommendations are extensive, involving all classes of drugs, and are far more involved than the relaxation of marijuana laws currently being contemplated by CARICOM
