By Antillean, Friday, May 15, 2009Three days before the Government of Barbados prepares to deliver its budget, Moody’s considers downgrading Barbados’ credit rating over debt concerns. This follows an earlier warning by Standard & Poor’s last month that Barbados’ peg to the US dollar may be in jeopardy.
